Jade Anderson Actor

Jade trained in 2016 with James Robert Carson at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, during this time she worked on scenes from Mother Courage and James I.

Jade was assistant director for her final production with Dundee and Angus College, 'A Midsummer Nights Dream', as well as directing two end of year performances for the 5-9s and 10-14s drama groups at The Space School of Performing Arts.

During her year out in 2017 Jade directed a piece of theatre for the NHS Graduates Schools Tour which was performed in secondary schools across Tayside as well as a new specially commissioned piece of theatre to celebrate the 150th anniversary of McManus Galleries.

 

In 2020 Jade directed a 4 part web series for Stand Easy Productions, the group originally intended to do a community tour but due to Covid 19 the work had to be adapted for online.

 

This year Jade Divised, Directed, Filmed & Edited a film entirely over zoom for NHS Tayside in place of their usual schools tour. The film went out to schools in Dundee, Angus, Perth & Kinross in May 2021.

Jade is currently working on an interactive site specific piece for Stand Easy Productions as well as a work in progress sharing of The Pearl by Donald Falconer for the Dundee Fringe.
